1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkrfun platform — including the casino lobby, sportsbook, live dealer tables, promotional pages, or any other service offered at pkrfun.bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

pkrfun reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be provided will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings generated during the unverified period may be withheld.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on pkrfun. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

When completing the pkrfun registration process, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in all required fields. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly should any details change.

pkrfun reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided during or after registration. Accounts found to contain materially false, misleading, or incomplete information are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances held therein.

4 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrfun username, password, and any other authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

pkrfun strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. While 2FA provides an additional layer of protection, its availability does not diminish your personal responsibility for account security.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your pkrfun account, you must notify pkrfun support immediately by contacting us at [email protected]. pkrfun cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access resulted from the player's failure to adequately protect their credentials.

pkrfun will never contact you by email, telephone, or any other channel to request your password, PIN, or any full payment card details. Any such communication purporting to be from pkrfun should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

pkrfun supports the following Pakistani Rupee (PKR) payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL digital banking, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in PKR unless otherwise stated at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: Deposits credited to your pkrfun account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction. pkrfun does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your pkrfun account must have completed full KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the pkrfun platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, the cricket sportsbook, or any other gaming product — are final once confirmed. pkrfun does not accept requests to cancel or void confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

pkrfun reserves the right to void any bet or casino wager where:

• A clear and demonstrable technical error resulted in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed.
• The bet was placed in circumstances that constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• The event or game in question was suspended, cancelled, or abandoned under circumstances beyond pkrfun's reasonable control.
• pkrfun has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in connection with match-fixing, manipulation, or any other form of fraud.

Maximum payout limits apply to both casino games and sportsbook markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and represent the maximum amount pkrfun will pay out from a single bet or gaming session, regardless of the theoretical mathematical win.

For cricket sportsbook wagers specifically, pkrfun's in-play betting markets close automatically at defined points during a match — typically at the fall of a wicket, during a rain delay, or at the start of a new over. Any bets placed after a market has officially closed will be automatically voided and the stake returned.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. pkrfun reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any balances or winnings associated with such conduct.

• Registering more than one account on the pkrfun platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any pkrfun game, bonus, or promotional mechanism.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with pkrfun games or the sportsbook.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to conduct money laundering or any other financial crime through the pkrfun platform.
• Using the pkrfun platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming and sports betting.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward pkrfun staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, graphical elements, and other intellectual property available on the pkrfun platform are the exclusive property of pkrfun or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any right, title, or licence to use any pkrfun intellectual property for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any pkrfun content without the express prior written consent of pkrfun. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrfun's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkrfun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the pkrfun platform.

pkrfun does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. 12 Account Suspension & Closure

pkrfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where pkrfun has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms and Conditions have been breached in any material respect.
• The account was registered using false or misleading information.
• The account holder is under 21 years of age.
• The account is being used in connection with prohibited or fraudulent conduct.
• Continuation of the account presents a risk to pkrfun, other players, or third parties.

Players may voluntarily close their pkrfun account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
